Prevention
We work to prevent homelessness by targeting households at the most imminent risk of becoming homeless and providing them with the necessary resources they need to stabilize.
Diversion
We help divert people from homelessness by identifying safe alternative housing options that do not include emergency shelter stays, which lead to further entry into the homeless service system.
Housing Navigation
We support chronically homeless individuals and families to immediately access permanent housing with no housing readiness requirements. We then provide intensive, wrap-around support in their homes to help them never become homeless again.
Partnership to End Homelessness
We work to end homelessness by developing critical partnerships with landlords willing to provide fair, safe, habitable, and non-discriminatory housing to all.
