Sarah joined the PPiH team in August 2016 and served as our Prevention & Diversion Program Director for a number of years. She is now PPiH's Executive Director. Before joining the team, Sarah worked with numerous non-profits in the FM area, focusing on homeless and at-risk youth. Sarah earned her Master of Social Work degree in 2008 and is a licensed social worker with over 15 years of experience.

What home means to Sarah:
"Home means having a safe and comfortable place to be, where rest and dreams are possible."

Beth joined the PPiH team in April 2016. Beth is our Housing Navigation Program Director. Prior to joining the team, Beth was the Shelter Director at the Dorothy Day House of Hospitality, where she had the privilege to serve and learn from homeless men from 2010-2016. Her undergraduate degree is in Gender and Women’s Studies.

What home means to Beth:
"Home is a space that empowers a person to feel deeply connected to their own autonomy. It is a space where a person can feel truly safe, in control, and able to dream."

Jamie joined the PPiH team in February 2018 and works as our Homeless Prevention & Diversion (HPDP) Program Director. Before this role, Jamie was the Housing Stability Support Lead on our HPDP team and has served as a Housing Stability Specialist on both HPDP and Housing Navigation teams. Before her time with PPiH, Jamie worked as a case manager and service coordinator at an outpatient and residential program from 2015 to 2018. She graduated with a BSW from MSU-Moorhead in 2014 and MSW from UND in 2020. Jamie is an LMSW in North Dakota.
